Tax Expenditures Report

$2.4 million of YOUR taxes via TDF

This report details the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce’s 2024 Tourism Development Fee (TDF) expenditures that appear not to be for out-of-state advertising. Based on the Chamber’s public disclosures, the funds were used for in-state promotion, operations, production, and internal content development, not direct out-of-state media buys.

GRAND TOTAL: $2,411,051.62

This total reflects all identified TDF expenditures in 2024 that do not appear to be advertising outside of South Carolina.
